Ball State University selected ProjectEDGE’s web-based project management system to track, manage, and coordinate workflow processes. In addition, the ProjectEDGE web-based project management system will allow the university to expedite, record and better control communication amongst team members and interested parties. The University will rely upon ProjectEDGE’s quick overview ability to head off any project challenges before an issue becomes a cost or schedule problem. Additionally, the collaborative aspects of the searchable project database will allow for increased efficiencies in the design/concept programming, in the subsequent construction management and project close out.
