Remote Server Administration Services

For clients who want to host ProjectEDGE on their own hardware, but do not have the IT resources to manage a server, our support team can provide the administrative services necessary to keep your server running 24/7. Utilizing IBM/Lotus replication technology, all project data can be replicated from your remote server directly back to our datacenter for full backup services. Server monitoring, upgrades and performance tuning all can be managed remotely by our trained and qualified staff. This lets your project team focus on what they do best — making sure your core business needs are met.

Enhanced ASP Services

Some clients want the "hands-off" approach of not having to manage or endure the higher cost of hosting a web-based project management application, or project extranet. But at the same time, they feel uncomfortable not having all their project data accessible directly from within their own office.
